Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan opens new MLCP facility at Thampanoor

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday inaugurated the new multi-level car parking (MLCP) facility at Thampanoor. The facility was completed as part of the Smart city project.

Car washing facility and EV charging facility shall be integrated later and solar panels will be installed post commissioning as a move towards green energy. The structure can be used to park 400 two-wheelers and 22 cars.

UP govt plans to build EV charging stations on a large scale in UP

The state government is coordinating with NITI Aayog and Asian Development Bank in preparing the Comprehensive Electric Mobility Plan (CEMP) for Lucknow. This scheme will be launched in all the 17 municipal corporation cities selected under the Smart City Mission as soon as possible, and extended to other cities in future. Strategic routes will be identified for the development of charging facilities while changing the transport system.

Fast-charging hub at Kolkata's New Town for 30 EVs

KOLKATA: Hidco, in collaboration with a private agency, inaugurated one of the largest fast-charging electric vehicle charging station hub in New Town on Monday evening. Property owners to get 5% rebate if facilities are set up
