Electric utility company Tata Power on Thursday informed the exchanges that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) to install up to 5,000 EV charging points across its members’ developer properties in Maharashtra.

An electric vehicle (EV)-charging infrastructure firm in Bengaluru has commissioned a public EV-charging hub with 50 charging points at Forum Neighbourhood Mall in the city.

Out of these RapidEVs, a large majority will include cargo EV fleets used for logistics and last-mile delivery operations, it said, adding these will be deployed in various cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata.
